Maui's only vegan restaurant is spectacular - and this is my favorite dish here so far. Slightly breakfast-y, slightly Mexican-y (thanks to salsa and rice), and *completely* tasty and satisfying, the Tofu Scramble Bowl is great at any time of day. Highly recommended!

The Tofu Scramble Bowl is fabulous! It is wonderfully flavored and plenty filling. I would definitely order it again.

Really tasty scramble, perfectly cooked rice, and I loved the salad dressing. The salad ingredients though were all on the bitter side, which personally I don’t mind, but a little more variety would be nice.
