Their homemade char siew bao. Wow, not too bad. Flaky and the filling was quite
good mock char siew, well flavoured and texture was on point.
Wishing for a better peekture of this gem (next time, I promise); rushing to disappear
before 3pm (closing hour). So i threw it into the tiny papercup used to house Heinz beans (for perspective as well, fitted perfectly in there š)
Speaks volume (less) when it comes to sizing but whatever's lacking in girth more than makes up for it in terms of taste. Dispersible #flakypastry in a 3 to 7 filling ratio and #charsiew sweet though not cloyingly so.
At $2.80 a morsel, its a nice treat to have for a once in a while indulgence considering its rarity in the #dimsum arena. Go on, do it, this has my seal of approval š
