5 spice lions mane bao

I’m always amazed by the texture of lions mane! It was so juicy on the inside and so incredibly crunchy on the outside. The flavour of the breading was really nice. The spicy cucumber, slaw, cilantro and sesame paired with it so well. Every bite was a great sensation of textures.

This bao was so yummy. The mushroom is delicately fried and so crispy. The slaw is a nice fresh balance to the fried. The bun itself is perfectly made and good sized portion. Could eat this all the time !
