碳头菇 — Lion’s Head Mushroom

#latepost. I’ve had this in October 2023. A very delicious #snack to try! This deep fried #lionsmane mushroom really reminded me of chicken 🍗 It resembled the taste, and especially the texture almost perfectly. The mushrooms were marinated to perfection #mushroomlover. Then coated in a thin batter, deep fried and served with their homemade soy milk #veganmayo. Perfectly crunchy bites with an amazing subtle sauce. What more could you want for an afternoon pick me up snack?
