This was another dish available at the cat shelter and vegan cafe Neu in Osaka. It’s very similar to the other dish with the exception that the soy meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and not with the sweet and savory sauce. As you can see there’s also a good amount of fresh veggies, which is always nice to have. I would definitely recommend visiting this place and supporting them also considering everything they do for the stray cats.
