You don’t have to create rice buns, you can use whatever you like - but if you want to re-create them just add 1 tsp of blue spirulina powder to one pot and 1 tsp butterfly pea powder to another pot and cook your rice as you would normally. To shape the rice buns, use cookie cutters or mason jar lids and cook each side over some oil for a few mins until it gets crispy.
