it was the best dish that I have taken in their breakfast buffet. Curry with plant based mince was spice and a bit sweat as a Japanese curry.
It said it is made with Japanese kelp dashi which I think that helps to enhance the flavor.
I came across this plant based meal in breakfast buffet at Holiday Inn Express Katong. It was tasty with good plant based meat marinated in sweat sauce. It really goes well with the white rice.

Looks and tastes delicious. Plant based meat with egg plant and lotus is filling enough for the price.
Japanese plant based meat on top of the rice bowl comes with miso soup. small portion of meat but it's worth trying.
