i love my friends and i love being vegan
this was one of those vegan cheeses that might work in moderation, but when you have too much of it, it was pretty nauseating. i couldn’t finish it! also this was less of a pizza and more of baked tortilla with toppings
i think this was meant to come with tomatoes? it didn’t but that would’ve been good! not bad at all, just a bit bland

adding apple to this is a stroke of genius. the focaccia is amazing, the olive pate salty, and the apple gives it a tart sweetness that brings it into “amazing”-territory
Honestly this just wasn’t for me; the “tuna” tasted v weird. But the other toast fillings are v good (bacon, cheese, or chicken) so go for those instead!
The sushi here is amazing. I think this bridge always has a different mix of rolls, and they’re all super creative!
