So delicious! I ordered it “baja style” on a lettuce wrap and it was definitely filling and tasty! Absolutely would order again!

My all-time favorite vegan banana bread recipe! So good, you’ll just keep wanting more 🍌 Made with wholesome ingredients. I guarantee you’ll love this one just as much as I do!

Ingredients needed:
✖️2 large ripe spotty bananas
✖️1/4 c. dairy-free, unsweetened yogurt
✖️1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp almond butter
✖️1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp maple syrup
✖️1 tsp vanilla
✖️1 tsp cinnamon
✖️2 tsp baking powder
✖️1 tsp baking soda
✖️1/4 tsp salt
✖️1.75 c. oat flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash the bananas in a bowl until completely broken down. Add the yogurt, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla, and mix to combine. Then add all dry ingredients except for the flour, mixing well to combine. Lastly, add flour and gently stir until just combined. Don’t over-mix!
Place batter in a prepared pan (I prefer a cake pan with parchment paper, but a loaf pan works too). I also like to top mine with sliced banana. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool for an hour, then enjoy! ✨ Goes great with a hot cup of coffee ☕️
