I found it hard to find vegan food on the strip but the wynn buffet had a decent amount of options for vegans. I had some sushi, spring rolls, tofu scramble, toast with pumpkin butter, coconut chia pudding, and some sorbet more

This was delicious. I was able to add some vegan chicken (or any other toppings) for no additional charge. I would have liked it cooked just a little longer but it was alright. The vegan cheese was tasty and I would go back more
