Super fresh and zingy tasty salad with chunks of violife vegan notzarella cheese. The dressing is so generous I needed a spoon but I wasn't complaining!

The combo of ingredients here works well and really tickled my taste buds! It could have been a bit of a mess bit each ingredient retained its individual flavour and the sour dough was toasted to perfection.

Always a good bet to order from this, now, food truck when you see it. The bake was super filling and full of contrasting tastes of aubergine, lemon, mint. Like a Moroccan garden!

I give four stars because there was just a little too much of the sauce. Holding back a bit would allow the crisp salad to cut through a bit more. #greyton
