The fried chickun was seitan wrapped on a stick to resemble a drumstick. Very good. The coating was reminiscent of fried chicken. The fried cauliflower was also very good. My only recommendation would be to have a dipping more
Potatoes and greens cooked with Indian style spices but with a Bhutanese flair. Very tasty. Not spicy. My go to entree. Clearly marked vegan on menu.

Momos are a popular food in Bhutan, Nepal and Tibet. They are dumplings filled with chopped veggies with a spicy dipping sauce. All the vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu as vegan.
I had the mac and cheese with pesto, pita sandwich. It was near perfection. Not the usual vegan mac and cheese with tons of store bought vegan cheese, but delicious homemade cheesy sauce. You get a choice of sides with it. more
