This was very good! I wish I had taken a picture before I demolished it 😅. This is perfect if you’re looking for a lite bite. Unfortunately it wasn’t very filling.

A vegan cheesecake? I think yes. The texture was amazing, the taste was almost on par and the presentation paired with the atmosphere made this absolutely delightful. + it followed a completely plant-based delicious Americana meal.
