I was debating this and the Gruvi Peruvi salad. I was more in the mood for savoury flavours and had loved the calamari salad on a previous visit, but wanted to try something different.
The waitress recommended I try this more
This is on the menu as “Noodle-y Thai” - not sure if it’s changed since the first review or if the first reviewer put it down incorrectly 🤷♀️
My omni dining companion enjoyed this a lot! She said it was like a fresh and rich pad Thai.
This was a vibrant and nutritious dish, but a tiny bit dry compared to other tabboulleh I’ve dried. It was enjoyable and flavourful but I ended up a bit bored one third of the way through 😅
Perhaps a good dish to share more
Nuba has the best baba ghanouj I’ve ever tasted. It’s perfectly smokey and complemented by sweet pomegranate flavours.
I’ve rated this at both the Kits and Yaletown locations and it’s consistently delicious. The service more

Creative vegan sushi is hard to find in Ottawa, so I was thrilled to find Ogenki’s vegan menu and am not ashamed to say I ordered from them twice on my Vancouver trip.
This roll has yam tempura, avocado, and cucumber inside, more

There’s a decent amount of nutrition through the inclusion more
Lots of clearly labelled vegan options with varying levels of nutrition in this lounge.
The lounge itself is also really spacious, clean, and bright, with comfortable and private seating options. Not a bad place to wait more
I found this at the Lyttelton market in Christchurch. They let you sample as many as you want using cherry tomatoes on a toothpick, which was awesome since it let me see how each rub or mix would pair with veggies.
