Il piatto davvero buonissimo. Non penso di aver mangiato mai così bene. I funghi cotti con lo zenzero davvero buonissimi. Purtroppo avevano finito il tofu, ma era comunque un piatto davvero gustoso.

It is not as rubbery as the most seitan on the market. It is so tasty and it is perfect for a vegan stew, but not only.
I totally recommend it.
