They offer a non dairy froyo option and plenty of vegan toppings including fresh fruit, nuts, coconut and cereals. The current non dairy option is pineapple but the owner has informed me that coconut is coming soon. Which I think is a better base flavor. The place is very clean and the employees are outstandingly friendly, attentive and prompt.

🥡 Tofu Vegetable Chow Fun: A dish made with crispy tofu and a mix of vegetables, stir-fried to completion. The owner of the restaurant has created this vegan version of the classic Chinese dish, catering to those who prefer plant-based diets. Reviews mention the freshness of the vegetables and the crispiness of the tofu, making it a healthy and tasty option.

This is not a vegan restaurant but the owner is sensitive to veg people. Chow fun is one of my favorite Chinese dishes and it’s often made with meat and egg. Here the owner makes it for us with no egg and no meat. I request crispy tofu and vegetables. Note: there may be some residual something on the wok (I have not asked yet) but I believe that if I can get more restauranteurs to offer veg dishes that’s a good thing.
