Best dish out of all the others we ordered. This dish is smoky with olives as a seasoning and taste very close to the real Cantonese BBQ pork. There was ginger fried rice with taro which was a bit too soggy. The other dishes more

I love the taste but wished it was more crunchy. Maybe bc we ate this at a festival and they were kind of a rush.

elinamayse Hi, thanks for your review! Regards the dough and it's crunchiness - we are not allowed to have raw dough outside our bakery by law, so therefor the base was already made. That is the reason for it not to be crunchy. We bake all the pizzas at our bakery from scratch, please come and try it!Reply
