Poached pear with salted caramel sorbet and fig slices. This was absolutely stunning and so light. Really enjoyable meal!
A pear sorbet course between courses which is so lovely. The sorbet of the day was pink apple but as I have an apple allergy, they made up a pear sorbet which was so lovely.
This cauliflower steak with seasonal brassicas, almonds and raisins was amazing! We also got some potatoes and tenderstem topped with almonds which was so lovely! The crispy kale was 😍 chefs kiss!
This soup was absolutely delicious, very creamy and the black olive shavings (?) or powder on the top was such a lovely touch! The restaurant / hotel made me a special vegan menu for the evening and the whole thing was gorgeous more
These vegan canapés were absolutely incredible. One was walnut puree with heritage beetroot and pearls of balsamic and the other was peas with a lemon compote/puree, both on a potato cracker. These were absolutely delicious more
I had the vegetarian breakfast sub the eggs for avo. It was nice but the portion size is small and it needed beans honestly 😂 felt a bit lacking. We had toast too just needed some moisture. Was nice to have the option though! more
