meat-free for 15 years 💚 vegan for the animals 🐷🐮🐣 Kiwi living in London 🇳🇿 🇬🇧

Tastes just how I remember traditional ham and cheese toasties. One slice of ‘ham’ and a lot of cheeze between two white slices of bread. Nice for a quick and easy bite on the high street.

From M&S’s Plant Kitchen range, £4.
Three pieces of “fish”, a portion of chips and a generous helping of tartare sauce. Not super fishy tasting, but very tasty and hits the spot.

Came across these in Sainsbury’s when looking for a vegan dessert. Super creamy and chocolate-y, loads of icing. Rich without being overly sweet. 😋

I’m not much of a jackfruit fan tbh, but thought I’d give this a try, and glad I’m did. Delish! Super flavourful. Can choose to have it with rice or as a salad + choice of sauces and toppings. Very, very filling - I actually more

Um, so good! And only £2.99. Decent hangover cure. & nice to have something a little more “substantial”, than the standard vegan yogurts and fruit pots that most cafes have on offer. Customisable - your choice of white or more

Finally got to try something from the Galaxy vegan range, and was not disappointed. So creamy and smooth! Great orange chocolate flavour. A bit more expensive than some of the other chocolate slabs though.

A little pricey (£7.95 for a small w/ fries), but the portion size is decent and it’s very filling. Can also get it in a bun with your choice of toppings, or with a salad. Various heat levels for the curry to chose from more

Shortcrust pastry filled with Nero’s special mincemeat recipe with cranberries, apples and a touch of mixed spice.
Sweet little Christmas treat for only £2. Never been a fan of mince pies, but this was absolutely lovely.

Vegan patty with avocado, vegan garlic aioli and salad (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, red onion) in a wrap. Filling and tasty.

Amazingly good - Mock chicken is both crispy and juicy, with a little bit of a spicy kick. Salad is super fresh. Very generous portion of rice. Delicious and filling.
