What a treat to find these, labeled "plant based" at Dollarama! Vegan sweets for $2 instead of being higher priced than regular gummies. Sometimes you just crave candy and it can be hard to find. I hope they'll continue more

The Greek stuffed mushrooms caps at EveOlive were a new addition since the last time I was there. Super yummy! I love the house made creamy feta!

What a treat to find this accidentally vegan cereal in my cupboard. I don't drink milk so never eat cereal. I ate this as a snack, by the handful! I'll definitely be keeping more

Nori is an Asian fusion restaurant that offers plenty of vegan options. Also, if you tell them that you are vegan they will offer suggestions and make substitutions to dishes to make sure your meal is fully plant based.

Excellent flavour! Sauteed peppers and onions on top a mushroom cap and covered in melted cheese.

The Beyond Meat patty may be plant based but it's cooked on the same grill as meat, so not vegan. The bun is reported to be vegan but the mayo and uncle sauce are not. You can easily ask for no sauce and add mustard. Yum! more
