This dish was SO GOOD. The texture was perfect and the flavor was unique and fun. I brought some home to my nonvegan roommate and she could not tell it was vegan. The dish also had some perfectly cooked collard greens that were amazing.

This dish was amazing!! The “cheese” was the perfect texture so much that it fooled my nonvegan brother. #umasspnut
