This really delivered the goat cheese style taste (based on what I can remember from eating it years ago), while being incredibly spreadable (see second photo where I had it with some toast and sliced cucumber). Many uses for this in pasta, salads, toast and pizza etc! It is slightly pricey though (~$20 at Little Farms), but nice for a little treat once in a while.
