I chose to have this toasted and I highly recommend you do too as it gives the green tortilla a lovely bite to it. Inside was a very tasty combination of vegan mayo, vegan American cheese, and finely shredded leaves, carrot, beetroot, cucumber, and purple cabbage. Yum! For some reason they listed every ingredient but the vegan cheese on the display cabinet with the wraps, so I low-key panicked a bit when I came across the pieces of cheese. I checked with the staff and they brought out the packet to confirm it was indeed a 100% vegan cheese! The only thing that could make this wrap better/perfect is some form of protein like tempeh or tofu, as the carbohydrate, fat, and fibre elements are already covered well here and it would go a long way to making this more satiating. Other than that, a tasty, light lunch option.
