One day I'll go into Glasgow at lunchtime and not end up eating at Stereo but idk when that will be. I've actually never had a rarebit before so this was my first and omg it's lush. I adore stereos miso cheeze it's so umami and the dill oil (😍), pickled onions and crispy garlic make this so tasty. Perfect for a quick lunch!
