At this point I’m just grateful to see vegan cheesecake that’s not biscoff flavoured, haha. This tasted really beautiful, there was a subtle vanilla and white chocolate flavour and the caramel sauce was perfect, but I found the flan/cheesecake hybrid flavour not to be my favourite. It was quite firm and dense rather than being creamy/cream/cheesy #dessert #vegandessert #cheesecake #flan #caramel #vanilla #veganrestaurant

Reviewing these again because they have the same name on the menu but are a super different dish! They used to be dumplings in a light broth topped with dill oil and now they’re sauce dumplings topped with gremolata and crispy capers. I loved the flavour combo, it tasted very freshly made and it was a nice size for a starter, but I preferred the version with soup! #veganrestaurant #dumplings #capers #starter

Simple wee cocktail but so fresh and tasty! Pineapple is such a great summery fruit and really hits the spot on a rare sunny afternoon in Glasgow. I rate the booze at Stereo, it's proper nice & doesn't taste watered down. I'm neutral on a regular cosmo but this one is spectacular- it was my first time having watermelon🍉 tequila & kumquat liqueur (where has that been all my life btw?!?!) One day I'll go into Glasgow at lunchtime and not end up eating at Stereo but idk when that will be. I've actually never had a rarebit before so this was my first and omg it's lush. I adore stereos miso cheeze it's so umami and the dill oil (😍), pickled onions and crispy garlic make this so tasty. Perfect for a quick lunch! #veganisnotscary #glasgow #glasgowvegan

I had this aggeees ago when this was on the lunch menu, I believe this now a main and comes with a Greek stew! Another absolute banger from Stereo, I love a wee lunch here and I'm so bummed it's been so long since I was in Glasgow :((( This was fab! Lovely crispy filo, and a v tasty filling. Another beautiful flavoured dish from Stereo, the polenta is creamy and infused with nooch, lemon and shiitake, and the mushrooms are cooked on white wine and sage. Really wonderful combo. I think it’s comparable to the congee (a creamy delicately flavoured base topped with a vegetable/fungi) and I think I slightly preferred the congee because the aubergine was more rich and satisfying but this is a great slightly lighter option #saveveganrestaurants #veganrestaurant #allveganrestaurant #scotland #glasgow #mushroom #mushrooms #polenta

This was absolutely delicious, I hadn’t tried congee before, and the way this was flavoured was sublime - infused with ginger, garlic, kombu and shiitake. The aubergine slices were generously portioned and cooked to perfection, really melty and rich and flavoursome . Also loved the crispy chilli toil and onion topping. Oh I really loved this, a really wholesome and satisfying dish, the flavour combo was great and the pastry was perfectly flaky and crisp. The combo of green peas, potato and dill is also a winner.
