I wasn’t sure what to expect on the taste of these because I was afraid it might taste too much like a protein bar, given that one small biscuit is 5 g protein. But they were on sale for a good deal, so I decided to give them a try. They tasted really good. Crunchy with a mild taste of cocoa and a light layer of hazelnut spread. This is made with a variety of ancient grains.
I wish that I remembered where I got them because I would like to get them again. It makes for a quick and easy light breakfast with a glass of plant milk or coffee. I’ll be keeping my eyes out for them.
