Unique savoury 'sea urchin' or 'bafun uni' flavour of gelato that sounded out of this world but worked surprisingly well! 🌊🍨 Served on a bed of cacao nibs. 🍫 Further elevated by the fragrant edible flowers, plus aroma smoke from a bubble gun. 🌷🫧 Swipe right for the mysterious underwater-style aesthetics! ➡️📸 A visual showstopper and also mind-blowingly good in terms of taste and texture.
