Visiting family in Birmingham and we were treated to a very nice evening out at the local Phò Restaurant.
There were several vegan dishes available, clearly marked.
This was a big portion of #wokfried noodles with #tofu #mushroom #mangetout and a spicy lemongrass and chilli dressing. The dish was topped with chopped peanut and a garnish of crispy bean sprouts.🌱
Overall the dish was quite neutral in flavour so the dressing was needed to spice it up and there were some fiery condiments on hand too.
The serving staff were really obliging.
