Stacked with a seafood-inspired #shrimpea patty from Japan with a unique blend of juicy okara (soy pulp), pea protein, and konjac 'shrimps', all coated in crunchy oatmeal crust. Reminiscent of McD's ebi patty! 🍔🍤 Personally felt the patty itself had a nice texture but was relatively tasteless; perhaps the panko breadcrumbs could have been infused with seaweed or some kind of vegan furikake seasoning for a more seafood aroma? The overall burger was still relatively flavourful, albeit mainly from the tomato and shredded cabbage in vegan mayonnaise. 🍅🥬 Appreciated that the burger bun bread was baked by Greendot too! 🧑‍🍳🍞 Yummy fries included as well. 🍟 Limited-time menu available from 26 Feb 2025 onwards at all outlets except Greendot Plus.
