Stacked with a seafood-inspired #shrimpea patty from Japan with a unique blend of juicy okara (soy pulp), pea protein, and konjac 'shrimps', all coated in crunchy oatmeal crust. Reminiscent of McD's ebi patty! 🍔🍤 Personally felt the patty itself had a nice texture but was relatively tasteless; perhaps the panko breadcrumbs could have been infused with seaweed or some kind of vegan furikake seasoning for a more seafood aroma?
