There's something so comforting and familiar about a big bowl of fettuccine alfredo! The alfredo was so creamy and the pasta was fun to eat. The vegan chicken is a new recipe that The Herbivorous Butcher has been working on. It's pea protein-based instead of their usual seitan. The breading on it in this dish was so delicious. it packed a lot of nice flavor as well, which the alfredo benefited from. Without the chicken, it would have been too bland.
