I picked this up on sale after Halloween and have been waiting for a chilly day to enjoy this in a hot cocoa and finally gave it a try today when it’s almost Christmas, so I’m long overdue for the #veganisnotscary campaign. Chilly days are hard to come by in my area in Hawaii. It finally got down to 73*F today, which generally isn’t chilly enough for me to be in a hot-cocoa mood, so I just turned on my fan, lol.
I could definitely taste the pumpkin. And it’s funny that I even tasted a hint of cinnamon, but that’s not an ingredient. Texture is just like any other traditional marshmallow. There’s no need for nasty gelatin. And I appreciate the fact that there’s #noartificialcolors. Besides pumpkin, this also has annatto, making this a pretty pastel orange, a perfect paring with my yellow mug featuring Tigger, my favorite Disney character.
