This was the Golden Temaki. I can’t add a video here, so will do a social post.
They basically spray gold flakes on this very crisp mushroom.
It’s served with an oyster leaf (the leaf actually has a slight fishy taste, hence the name), vegan mayo and wrapped in a nori leaf.
The crispness was so good and light.
Really, really good.
