Pt 3: In this set, the first dish, the soup, and the dessert really stood out! The flavors were so balanced and thoughtfully planned. The dessert especially was delicious - the fruits were incredibly fresh and sweet, and the ice cream was perfectly creamy and not too heavy. Pt 2: In this second part, the truffle pate dish (first photo) really stood out with a generous portion of truffle mushroom, that didn’t overpower the dish and complemented it perfectly. It was such an interesting use of flavours and textures, and the visual “wow” factor, I was blown away. #truffle #veganomakase #omakase #veganisnotscary

Pt 1: Had the vegan omakase at Ki Su and I’m so obsessed. Every dish was innovative, creative, and absolutely delicious - seriously some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. So thoughtful, beautifully done, and just wow. In this first part, I have to say the nigiri sushi really stood out, each type was better than the last, bursting with flavor and incredibly tasty. Such an interesting way to use everyday vegetables to level up a dish. #veganomakase #veganisnotscary #veganjapanesefood #omakase

This dessert was lovely as well. Chia pudding with mango 🥭, kiwi 🥝 and a berry jam, which they then added a bubble of dry ice. 🧊 Everything was nice and light and super delectable. Wonderful experience and loved every single dish!
