Tried Japanese for the first time in this vegan Japanese restaurant. Really loved this vegan sushi!
It had smoked tofu, no-cream cheese, and
avocado inside and was drizzled in a sweet shoy and spicy aioli pickled smoked jalapenos.
Didn’t know this motley combination of ingredients could work so well together 😄
How great is it that we get to try the vegan version of dishes from so many cuisines? Truly we are NOT missing out!
