This was amazing - the bitterballen are on point, the "curry" croquettes were yummy too, and so were the spring rolls. Absolutely piping hot so I burned my mouth 😳😅😅 but of course that's good - lukewarm borrelhapjes are bullsh*t, you need them very hot. Great snack and proves yet again that the bitterballs should be 100% vegan by default from now on, no carnist will ever taste the difference.
