It was lovely, very colourful. Good flavours and the bread was cut very thick, so I was worried it was a little on the dry side, as the topping was quite dry too. Yet they managed to pull it off alright. I am not quite proficient when it comes to cooking with tofu, and though the taste was fine, I did expect more use of kala namak for a more eggy scrambled omelette sensation. That did not quite meet my expectations. Nonetheless: it was tasty and clearly very healthful and wholesome.
