Excellent quality pistachio ice cream! Very creamy and fragrant, and it has a lovely color. I liked it even more than Van Leeuwen pistachio ice cream. You can see them side by side in pic 2 (Kate's Pistachio is the scoop on the right). This ice cream is made with the finest ingredients and you can really taste the difference. This pistachio ice cream was nice in our spumoni sundaes
