This consisted of house-made flaky gluten-free pie crust mixed in and underneath perfectly sweetened spiced pumpkin ice cream. It was a brilliant idea and incredibly delicious. It is a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit will benefit One Tail at a Time PDX because Kate and her husband adopted their beloved dog Lumi from them.One Tail at a Time PDX is an all-breed, no kill, foster based dog rescue group that provides community support with education and resources. #veganicecream #plantbasedicecream #veganicecreamcake #glutenfree #supportveganbusiness #pdxvegan

I opted for a seasonal option, and I’m glad I did. I am one of those pumpkin-living people. But there were *dozens* of flavors to choose from. And everything is vegan and gluten-free at this amazing place! I was glad to see business seems to be booming. The staff was efficient, so the line didn’t take long to get through, despite a big crowd. #veganisnotscary

Excellent quality pistachio ice cream! Very creamy and fragrant, and it has a lovely color. I liked it even more than Van Leeuwen pistachio ice cream. You can see them side by side in pic 2 (Kate's Pistachio is the scoop on the right). This ice cream is made with the finest ingredients and you can really taste the difference. The Original Choco Taco is back from 9/26-9/29! #glutenfree taco-shaped waffle cone filled with creamy #vanilla #icecream, dipped in rich #chocolate, and topped with roasted #peanuts. This was fantastic!! The ice cream was wonderful! The cone and chocolate were delicious and firm. It held together well! The peanuts are the perfect final touch on this masterpiece! This was a collaboration with Orange & Blossom for the Circle V Portland 2024 Vegan Food & Drink Festival. It consisted of Kate’s Ice Cream’s pistachio 🍨 with Orange & Blossom’s pistachio olive oil cake, topped with pistachio butter drizzle, fresh 🍑, oat crisp sprinkle.
