This is probably the healthiest #reuben out there! This #sandwich is fantastic and does not need any vegan meats. The fresh and wholesome ingredients are delicious. This sandwich has sliced #beets marinated in reuben spices, #sauerkraut, vegan #mozzarella, and 1000 Island dressing on a #glutenfree #baguette. Comes with a side and I highly recommend the chili .
