This #healthy meal was delicious! It has mixed #salad greens, steamed #kale, olive oil, sea vegetables, #avocado, #carrots, #scallions, #sunflowerseeds & za’atar with choice of sauce. I think I got mine with a lemon ginger dressing. I enjoyed every bite! This is probably the healthiest #reuben out there! This #sandwich is fantastic and does not need any vegan meats. The fresh and wholesome ingredients are delicious. This sandwich has sliced #beets marinated in reuben spices, #sauerkraut, vegan #mozzarella, and 1000 Island dressing on a #glutenfree #baguette. #organic #healthyvegan This a really clean and #healthy version of #banhmi It has marinated #tofu with pickled #daikon and #carrots with green onion and sambal aioli. It comes on a #glutenfree roll from New Cascadia and it is served with a side. I recommend the side chili! This is a really #healthy restaurant with fantastic #vegan food, juices, and smoothies. The sandwiches come with a side of chili or #soup so we got one of each. The chili was fantastic. We got everything for #takeaway and I wasn't sure what the daily soup would be but I was expecting a veggie soup or maybe lentil soup or something. I was not expecting an ice cold and extremely gingery soup. I'm guessing they only have a cold soup during summer. It was not terrible, just not what I was expecting at all. The only thing I could taste was #ginger. I think this would be good if you are on some kind of fast or if you want to consume a lot or ginger for health reasons. I definitely felt super healthy and had an increase in energy after eating this and I didn't even finish the whole cup. If you are getting soup for takeaway, I suggest calling to find out what the daily soup is if you don't want to risk being surprised! #veganisnotscary #veganin2024 #portland #portlandveganeats #pdxvegan #healthy #glutenfree
