Chubby Bunny’s Croissan’wich never disappoints. 💯
I’m a big fan of 🥐 croissants 🥐 and always pounce on them whenever I find a vegan one in the wild.😛 This breakfast (or lunch) sandwich includes Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Cheese, Onion, Arugula, and Sriracha Mayo, all #vegan and delicious. I never realized how well arugula goes with egg until having this croissan’wich—the pepperiness that arugula provides is a perfect match with egg and a great way to incorporate greens!
I believe Chubby Bunny uses Just Egg but am not positive, it definitely tastes like it.
No longer in #seportland, you can now find Chubby Bunny food cart in #neportland in the Alberta Arts District.
