I don’t associate this with dairy cheese, it has a very distinct cashew flavour with a good tang.
It’s smooth and creamy, quite sharp, but that suits as a contrast to the earthy cashew flavour.
It tastes very nice spread on a good piece of bread. I actually had it for breakfast this week garnished with some juicy cherry tomatoes.
The pack weighs just 120g but a little goes a long way.
