Diced capsicum, pineapple, sweet and sour pom pom mushrooms (aka lion's mane mushrooms) and rice. I was sceptical at first but yes as long as you are a #pineapplelover this is good! And maybe a fan of the sweet and sour combination. I am not generally, but thought this was good.
I had a lychee drink too. Queensland is definitely the place to be in Oz if you love tropical fruits 🌴🍍
