Review of Vegan Mac - Jovial by iszy

It's always exciting to see new boxes of vegan Mac and cheese! I've never heard of Jovial before, and they were on sale at Whole Foods! This Mac and cheese is made with brown rice pasta to make it gluten free. The cheese powder needs to be mixed with vegan butter and just 3 Tbsp of plant milk. Like many boxes of mac and cheeses, I thought the sauce was fine, but i still added plenty of nooch, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper to make it even better. I also added in some peas for a little more substance.
