This consisted of fluffy, rich, and creamy corn grits, chicken-fried Lion’s Mane mushrooms that were crispy outside, tender and meaty inside and glazed with a spicy, tangy hot butter sauce, parsley, and sautéed baby broccoli. It was a brilliant combination of deliciousness.
