🥑🍱 🇯🇵Simple and delicious avocado rolls wrapped in nori🍙. I love it with the wasabi, soy sauce, and 🫚ginger. It’s maybe not quite enough wasabi for me in the one little packet that comes with it. I wonder how they could reduce the amount of plastic and waste ♻️🗑️consumed in this chain though as this does bother me. I suppose they don’t have facilities to clean things on site though to use reusable chopsticks or dish ware which is a shame. And all the individual packs of soy sauce, ginger🫚, and wasabi are not needed if you are eating in. Argh. Anyways just choosing 🌱vegan is making a big difference already and this chain offers lots of lovely vegan options thankfully. #sushi #vegansushi #avocado #japanese

100% agree on the plastic! It’s why I sometimes decide not to buy the sushi from Itsu, because the wasabi packets and soy sauce just seem so wasteful.
