First bite, delicious, rich, salty, oily. So few vegetables it’s almost a joke. Says vegan on the box but says cholesterol less than 5 mg! Only animal foods have cholesterol so where is this cholesterol coming from? I’m going to write to the company and tell them this is a mistake because coconut cream does not contain cholesterol!
