As a big vegan sushi lover, I was so excited to try this product and it was even better than I expected! I wasn’t sure about microwaving frozen sushi but the rice was soft and it actually tasted amazing! The instructions also suggest just letting the sushi unthaw for about 2 hours. I think this would taste even better so I plan to try that next time. The vegan “crab” was delicious! This is now one of my favorite vegan products! It’s great for sushi lovers on a busy day. It’s so quick and easy! I definitely recommend this product. 🩷💜
