Wok-fried beancurd with tricolour bell pepper, sweet peas, cashew nuts, onion, ginger, and dried chilli (customisable level of spiciness). Surprisingly really fragrant and delicious despite being lower in salt, oil, and sugar! Reminded me of my favourite kung pao dishes in childhood, minus the cruelty. Would love to order this again.
