This was delicious & comforting Served hot The acidity taste from #blackvinegar really balanced the whole taste profile of this dish,as it should. I had the #mala dish and whn it gets too spicy or peppery, i mellow it down by dipping it in this hot & sour soup A lovely combination

Was craving for #mala so this was the remedy Lightly #spicy , the #mala taste was apparent but not too spicy til you get numb. But its also delicious & flavourful if u can get past the #peppercorn flavour profile in yr common #mala dishes. 🍘I always appreciate when brown rice options are available for sushi. Gives a different taste profile, although it might not be as moist/ sticky. 🥑This works for me. A great dish for sharesies (you dont have to of course). The Beet hummus was thick and creamy and so tasty, and topped with a generous serving of seeds and nuts, which we absolutely loved. A winner. You get a nice selection of veggies, tofu, mushrooms and nuts, a medley indeed cooked in their house-made mala paste. The flavours were beautiful. I loved the broccoli and tofu and theshrooms. We just had the veggies on its own, it was already so lovely. But you can certainly get add on noodles or potatoes if you like.
